Swimming, Cycling and Hiking is an excellent form of exercise for beginners because it is the gentlest of all of the aerobic activities you can do. It does not jar your bones or damage your joints, but it is still effective. Our challenges your body without putting pressure on it that could worsen some conditions, by doing other exercises. 

AquaLIFE events are designed to look in to individual training needs of all, mixing with the right blend of adventure and leisure for aging young adults to remain their cardio vascular fitness.
