It depends on the quality of your water source. Tell us whether you use well or tap water and we will confirm with you.
Does it need electricity?
Yes. It runs on electricity (single phase 100–250 V AC, 50 Hz).
How big is the tank?
The storage capacity is 18 litres and the purification rate is 18 litres per hour.
What about warranty and service?
You get a one-year warranty, one year of free service and lifetime service support. Please confirm the terms with us.
When do I pay?
You choose: pay in full when your order is confirmed, or pay after the purifier has been installed.
Is the water test free?
Yes. We check your water quality free of charge, so we can confirm the right setup for your home.
